Craig McCall, Psy.D.
Craig McCall advises senior
managers and business owners on the selection, placement
and development of talent. He provides corporate assessment
solutions and coaches to improve leadership, and has worked
with managers through C-suite executives at mid size and
Fortune 500 companies across multiple industries. Craig has
been a business owner for over 10 years and is a corporate
and licensed psychologist, earning a Doctorate in Psychology
from the Illinois School of Professional Psychology and a
B.A. from Boston College. He is a Registered Corporate Coach
and former faculty member of Loyola University and the Lake
Forest Graduate School of Management. Prior to establishing
McCall & Associates,
Craig acted as both a clinical and organizational psychologist,
providing consultative services to individual professionals
and evaluating prospective hires for companies.

Mark Nevins, Ph.D.
For more than 15 years, Mark has been advising and consulting senior executives of dozens of large and small organizations around the world, in many industries, in the private and public sectors. His client list ranges from Fortune 100 companies to smaller privately held high-growth firms, several top-tier management consulting and private equity firms, several universities, and several branches of the US government and military. In his corporate career, Mark spent ten years in global leadership roles with Booz Allen Hamilton and Korn/Ferry International. In each of these roles he led the organizational and executive development functions around the world as well as overseeing the full range of human resource functions. Prior to his career in the private sector, Mark taught at Harvard University for nearly a decade. He graduated with honors from the College of the Holy Cross, and he took his Ph.D. in English Literature from Harvard University. Mark sits on the boards of Spring Hill Capital Partners and Stay-Focused, a not-for-profit organization that develops leadership and self-reliance capabilities of pre-teens with physical disabilities.
Gil Hoffer, Ph.D.
Gil Hoffer has over 30 years experience focusing on the selection, development and integration of talent in corporations. His clients range from mid size businesses to Fortune 100 companies. Gil develops interviewing and testing approaches to evaluate potential, and designs performance evaluation tools for assessing development. He has completed over 1200 individual assessments, consulted on high-level assessment centers and conducted employee research. Gil earned his Ph.D. in Psychology from Columbia University,
M.A. from Bucknell University and B.A. from Wheaton College. He is a
licensed psychologist and a member of the American Psychological Association.
Prior to his career as a corporate psychologist, Gil was a Staff Psychologist
for the Industrial Services Division of The Psychological Corporation,
an Officer in the United States Air Force, and a Research Consultant to
the Army Research Institute.
Paul Breaux
Paul Breaux has 17 years of business management and consulting
experience serving clients in the healthcare, financial services,
manufacturing, IT and non-profit sectors. Mr. Breaux spent
the last six years working with two big-six consulting firms
- providing strategy, change and process consulting. Mr.
Breaux offers people strategy, executive coaching and leadership
development services. He also helps companies improve their
financial bottom line while becoming more socially responsible.
Greg Zlevor
Greg Zlevor specializes in change management,
facilitation, team management and executive coaching. He
provides consultative assessments, designs and delivers
professional education, creates teamwork initiatives, and
facilitates leadership improvement for executives and management.
He facilitates strategic planning processes and customer
focus programs. Greg is a former senior manager and
director with Arthur Andersen Business Consulting. He has
a master's degree from Boston College and a bachelor's
degree from Lawrence University.
